This Committee is responsible for all matters relating to cultural activities (music – dance – stage plays & courses) organised by the Council for its inhabitants.

It also makes recommendations regarding the management of the municipal infrastructures for the promotion of arts, culture and leisure in general (Plaza Theatre - Eddy Norton Hall - Max Boullé Gallery- Alex Vellin Centre- Reception Hall –Children’s corner at Library etc.)

A special attention is paid for the organisation and sponsorship of festivals & social cultural activities organised by artists residing within the township.
