The Beau Bassin Market, also built in the early 1930's, offers the same facilities as those of Rose Hill Market, but on a reduced scale. There are 42 stalls in all. A project for a modern market is under way.

In Beau Bassin there are 18 stalls at the Vegetable Section.

The Poultry Section consists of five stalls. Those at the Beef and the Pork Sections total respectively nine and two.
